Moore said Frazee was shocked after Berreth’s disappearance garnered attention in media around the country. “He’s like, ‘Man, if I had known it was going to blow up this big, I never would have ...’ And he stopped. He did not finish that sentence,” Moore testified. I have to smile at Frazee's simplistic belief that because he wasn't someone famous or an LEO, the news media are not going to pay him any attention and authorities are simply going to overlook a missing wife. Kudos to the LE agency that made the murder case stick despite not finding a body.

Yeah, I get that the news media needs to sell headlines so it's easier for them to report on Jones rather than the Indianapolis cop who showed up and took care of the situation. Tail wagging the dog situation and all that but that's what sells.

After Jones called for backup, an Indianapolis police officer arrived and spoke with Jones near the car. After a short conversation, Jones told the men they were free to go, but refused to give his name and walked away. The Indianapolis officer told the men he didn’t know Jones, but that he saw no reason why they had been stopped, and that Jones was required to identify himself. Jones was reportedly off duty at the time and had been working security at Nordstrom Rack. https://www.yahoo.com/huffpost/indiana-officer-fired-suspicious-black-profiling-115229905.html

I very much appreciate the GP100s but always thought aesthetically, the front of the underlug should be more aggressively slanted, like their "Six" series were.

Joseph Moore, who said he considered Frazee to be like a stepson, testified that when he asked Frazee how Berreth was doing in April 2018, he told him that he had figured out a way to kill her and get away with it. “No body, no crime.” Frazee would repeat that phrase to him several times over the summer and fall in 2018. Moore said Frazee was shocked after Berreth’s disappearance garnered attention in media around the country. “He’s like, ‘Man, if I had known it was going to blow up this big, I never would have ...’ And he stopped. He did not finish that sentence,” Moore testified. Hope this brings closure for the victim's family. I'm sure finding her remains would help her family out even more.

What Is Distracted Driving? Distracted driving is any activity that diverts attention from driving, including talking or texting on your phone, eating and drinking, talking to people in your vehicle, fiddling with the stereo, entertainment or navigation system—anything that takes your attention away from the task of safe driving. Texting is the most alarming distraction. Sending or reading a text takes your eyes off the road for 5 seconds. At 55 mph, that's like driving the length of an entire football field with your eyes closed. You cannot drive safely unless the task of driving has your full attention. Any non-driving activity you engage in is a potential distraction and increases your risk of crashing. Using a cell phone while driving creates enormous potential for deaths and injuries on U.S. roads. In 2017 alone, 3,166 people were killed in motor vehicle crashes involving distracted drive https://www.nhtsa.gov/risky-driving/distracted-driving -

In my daily commuter backpack I carry 2 Soft-T tourniquets, 2 packs of quick clot bandages and 2 Israeli bandages, all packages together in a large plastic bag. My biggest fear is that should I need them for myself, I won't have either the time or the presence of mind to get to them and apply them. -

Distracted driving has consequences. Gun, texting, eating or something else. In the blink of an eye... that's all it takes. -
For CCW, it's been a G19 (actually 2 G19s and a G26) for the past 20 or so years. They serve their purpose now just as well as they did 20 or so years ago. As for range guns, I prefer looking at... revolvers.
