Nice equipment!  I agree, send ALL those things to the border. That could be used across the Rio Grande to deter people from trying to cross.

It makes the surface of your skin hot to the point you cannot tolerate it.  Glad they found a perfect use for it.  I still think a .50 would work better.  Or maybe a CIWS.

I remember a lot of talk about them years ago, but haven't heard anything about them lately. Of course, that is probably what was used on our Cuban embassy staff courtesy of the Russians, no doubt.

I really don't have a problem with parking all sorts of these deterrents along the border and blasting away with sound, microwaves, whatever else that doesn't fire anything tangible or traceable into foreign land. Keep people from wanting to get near the border, funnel them either toward the harshest parts of the desert or the legitimate entry points.
