ER Shaw Barrels?

Anybody on here familiar with ER Shaw barrels out of PA? Considering having them build me a 25-06 (their Mk VII offering). In the past I’ve sworn by Douglas but Shaws prices seem pretty good.

I've not heard of them. If the benchrest and the service rifle/across the course rifle folks like them, why not give one a try?

I've used Douglas, Shilen, Krieger, Lilja, Lothar Walther, and probably other rifle tubes as well.

I've had a Shaw fluted heavy barrel on a 10-22 for years now, Seems to be well made and more accurate that the factory offering.

Ruger has been making their own bbl for decades now.  They also make many bbl for aftermarket bbl makers, across  the industries.  

He wouldn't tell me who stamps Ruger bbl as their own premium pipe.

I bought mine directly from Shaw in PA when I lived in WV in the 90's.
