jame
Knifecenter.com and Amazon are where I usually find what I'm looking for. Any other suggestions?
Dave.1
Generally I look at Blade HQ first. https://www.bladehq.com/ Not too long ago though, I picked up a Kershaw Leek from Walmart.com for 34.95 with free shipping. They had a surprisingly large selection of knives. Dave
theglock
Blade Hq is good. I like DLT Trading, too. http://www.dlttrading.com/
CalmerThanYou
I have had good service from knife center...but BladeHQ looks like they have a nice selection.
pipedreams
Stick with the well known sellers to be sure your not getting a counterfeit , lots of Chinese knockoffs of the well know brands. Think the prices is to good to believe your most likely right and getting something other than what you expected.
jame
I just snagged a used ZT 0456 from a collector over at bladeforums.com. If I can pull off some photo work, I'll post some pics when she darkens my door. Edited October 28, 2017 by jame

I've wondered how many of the truly scathing knife reviews I've seen are the result of someone buying a counterfeit and never realizing it. I don't know if you saw my "Steel Porn" post, but I picked a very slightly used and nicely customized ZT 0456 for an absolutely screamin' deal. Those guys over there sell knives that are previously owned, but in better condition than when they were new, in many cases. And there's several new posts every hour. From here on out, if I'm looking for more steel, I'm going there to look around first.

Black&TAN
Add GPKNIVES to the list above of reputable dealers. They also offer some nice sprint runs/limited editions, if you're into that sorta thing.
Collim1
Mora and Victorinox are safe to buy on Amazon. No sense in counterfeiting such inexpensive knives. My go to knife for any task outside the city is a Mora no 2: Morakniv Classic No 2 Wood Handle Utility Knife with Carbon Steel Blade, 4.2-Inch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004D6H1WC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_LkvtBb10TZJMW Surprisingly good knives. And cheap enough to have one in the boat, truck, hunting bag, and under the seat of your four wheeler. I don’t buy too many expensive knives these days. The trend for the last 10-15 years is to way overbuild. Some folks seem to have forgotten that knives cut by being thin. A 1/4” pry bar hammered into the shape of a knife will never cut and handle like a 2mm thick Mora. Https://www.bladehq.com is the place I would choose to buy an expensive knife. They are legit. minderasr
Lately it's been DLT Trading or KnivesShipFree. But mostly DLT Trading.
Fnfalman
Lately I’ve been calling the owner of this shop for what I want. He can beat Blade HQ prices handily plus he’d give me no-BS advices. Plus the dude knows what I like and tend to contact me for heads up on stuff that I may want and get first dibs on. https://www.theclassicedge.com/

Ghost RiderXB9R
The last knives I bought were from Midway USA. Knives are a "ships free" item. Adding $25 worth to almost any order of other goodies ships the entire order for free. https://www.midwayusa.com/knives/br?cid=23678
Fnfalman
For those who must have Benchmade knives, this is the cheapest place I've seen: Maryland Shooting Range. It's an indoors range/gun & accessories shop, but it also does on-line sales as well. Benchmade knives are sold at a consistent 30% off MSRP regardless if it's walk-in or mail order. https://www.msar.com/company/firing-range/
syntaxerrorsix
As mentioned, Bladeforums is the best bang for your buck but you have to be patient. New, I used KnifeArt, KnivesShipFree, GPKnives, and Amazon.

c10bonanza
BladeHQ and KnivesShipFree are GTG. I've also purchased several LionSteel knives from CollectorKnives. Amazon and eBay are also decent options, but you have to be very diligent about counterfeits.
