If I stay opt out of medicare, I could see medicare patients. But when I rescind my opt out, I can not see medicare patients. What kind of fucked up **** is that? By rescinding my opt out, I can always opt out later, once I have patients and can better gauge who my patients will be. Besides, if I have no patients, I can suspend my practice to do a locums gig to pay some bills. I’m good until March then I’m in deep ****. i signed up to advertise in a nearby gym. I was going to ask them to suspend my account until I have 15 paying subscribers. Well since it is such a hassle to get in touch with them, I’ll just drop them altogether.
