"The Glock in Competition", by Robin Taylor, et. al.  is now a bit dated, but it still contains a lot of very interesting and useful information.

I was also going to mention the Ptooma book but Dave beat me to it.

I was given a copy of Paul Barrett's Glock: The Rise of America's Gun for Christmas several years ago. I’m not a diehard Glock guy, but it was a very interesting read.

I saw saw firsthand how unique Glock’s corporate culture is while dealing with them for a LE agency large purchase. They have their own heirarchy and respect system in place. It’s hard to describe but I noticed it immediately.

The book gives some interesting insight into the unique personality of Mr. Glock.
