BATF Declaration on Stabilizing braces and YOUR comments to them

i`m putting this here because the BATF has gone back and forth on braces for sometime now and it is now a Political Issue.

this is a link to the Federal Register for you to voice your Opinion on the subject of braces, SBRs and Arbitrary Registration of Legal Firearms.

the newest letter does not ban or change anything yet, but the problem is the BATF has attempted to decide that an Illegal brace is based on whatever a BATF Agent decides at the time not the Manufacturer`s Intent or the Shooters Disability or need for a Brace or any other Written Guideline, which also will decide what is an Illegal unregistered SBR in the eyes of whichever Agent deems it so.

making a Felony Possession instantaneous and no Legal way to Appeal and Taking away your Right to own a Firearm again.

it also now added Type and Caliber to the Design features to be considered.

Probably not the Authority most Gun Owners or an AR Owners want the BATF to have over them.

more then 20K+ People have Signed this and let the BATF know how they feel about it.

This must be Submitted by Jan. 4th 2021 and will be the only real say you have to the BATF on the Decision they will be making.

i don't own a Braced Pistol but with the Left Defunding Law Enforcement and making it Impossible for Law Enforcement to do the Job they are called to do.

we are left to Protect ourselves in the most Effective, efficient and meaningful way Available the .Gov taking that away now is something we shouldn't stand for.
