The Chinese are know to delay. They delayed until after the election to see how much Trump got beat. Now they are delaying until after the new congress is in. Trump seems ahead in this battle but we have not gotten them to pull tariffs to the point we are willing to drop ours. I don't think Trump intent is to leave a 25% tariff on electronic components as their currently is. It is really having no effect that I can see on China.
