They drill a hole, or snip the corner off of the decks of cards. The dice usually get a hole drilled through them but I have some that were stamped with a marking. If you dig through the dice-box, you can find all the matching serial numbers. Trump's hotel had logo napkins! I didn't bother. I could have gotten some crap from the gift-shop, too! I didn't bother.
