Are native Alaskans the type that will hunt one or both down?

I read in one article that the prosecutor had attempted to tell the victim the outcome but could not reach her. 

 

While it might not not be the case here, a lot of cases get minimal plea agreements when the state can’t get hold of the victim for a trial. Sometimes something is better than nothing.
