When a concerned citizen spots a police officer struggling and fighting with a criminal who is resisting arrest, he immediately runs to the officer’s aid. The 39-year-old man, named Shawn Kelly, is being praised by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office after he heroically jumped to the aid of Deputy Wesley Blum.
