Cougar_ml Posted January 28, 2019 Share Posted January 28, 2019 In short, the Taliban is saying if the U.S. withdraws troops, they'll agree not to allow any other terrorist groups to operate out of their territory, and they'll think about talking to the Afghani government. The Afghani government is saying that so far they haven't even been a part of these negotiations, and quite frankly don't agree with most of what seems to be getting discussed.
