PNWguy Posted January 27, 2019 Share Posted January 27, 2019 I know it's a broken record and all that... But still a really, really mild winter here in the Northwest. Haven't had snow on the ground for more than a couple of days and daily temps in the 40's. Nearly all winter. I'm on comfort billing with the utility company and I just got a letter stating that my monthly bill was dropping from $96 to $80.
