But I'm a skinny (except for my thighs) old man,  so I don't run around advertising my epicness.

I will get in one dirty, unexpected, probably uncalled for, shot, which gives me enough time to run.  I've proven to be highly uncatchable.

It's worked so far.

If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck.

It is laughable to try to threaten a person of age, that is already walking with death one step behind him.  How do you threaten a person with death, when that person is intimately familiar with death and they have reached an amicable agreement.

No fear of death means no fear of life.  The old have fought this battle for their whole lifetime, don't think you are going to worry them this time.  When it is a battle to the death, an old person simply sees that as a win if you die too.

Turned 60 a week ago, I'm getting closer to qualifing as a member of the club.

When I was ten, anybody at forty was ready for embalming.  Now, it’s still thirty years in the future.  So in thirty years, I’ll still be thirty years away from being in the club.

Somehow, and I know not how, when I was 60 years old - I slowly blinked and I was suddenly 70 ………….. and now that's gone.
