You have no problem with an ad that attacks all men for “toxic masculinity”, then you wonder why a woman objects to an example of it in someone she knows.

...which is a really strange and somewhat contradictory attitude about modesty and the female form from someone who supposedly makes a living by strutting down catwalks wearing nothing but two handkerchiefs and a smile. ?

I asked her why.  She's free to answer for herself, I believe.  I also believe Rizzo answered your question for me.

Something something "profiting off the male gaze but complaining about it" something something.

Yeah! It’d be great if someone around here would DO something about her nonstop trolling! ?

What line should I walk? People bitch if I run a strict site. People bitch if I loosen the reins.

It's your site, man.  Do what you want with it.  If Hannie annoys you the way she annoys most people, clamp down on her.  If you don't really care, don't.

I'm aware of my options, but thanks for the vote of support.

Don’t really know, I’ve never had the (ahem) pleasure of running a site.

But if it walks like a troll, talks like a troll, tells one fraught-with-contradictory-inconsistencies story after another that often collide with each other like a troll... ?

I assure you, it gets so much more complicated than that. I'm not a fan of Hannie's incessant attention-seeking posts, but I don't ban people because they annoy me. What I would love to see is for people to simply ignore the occasional irritants that pop up, but I know how naive that is. Our nation's society has changed in the last twenty years and it has made running a site like this increasingly frustrating and difficult. I grew up listening to old people talking about the good old days. Maybe those days were better. They certainly were better before this casual indifference, rudeness and sense of entitlement began to pervade our culture. I fear for this nation's future.

It still exists, in pockets.  I was waiting in line to pay my property tax, and an elderly woman she looked closer to 80 goes up when the next person was called.  She was confused, and I could tell.  She moved up past me when it was my turn, and the lady at the county reminded her of that, and she looked embarrassed.  I told her, "Go ahead, ma'am."  She seemed flustered that she had messed up, and told me to go ahead.  I simply kindly reminded her that I was taught to respect my elders, and there was no problem whatsoever.  She apologized when she was done.  I told her, "No need, ma'am, you have a nice day."

When I was able to stand for long periods of time in a waiting a room, and a woman came in, I would get up and offer her my seat.  Now, with my legs deciding to betray me day by day, I take a walker for anything I consider long periods of travel, and modify that approach and sit in the walker, still offering the regular seat to a woman if she enters the room and needs a place to sit.  It is ingrained in me from my father.  Along with never let your kids see you cry, and that you take care of your family no matter what it takes.
