Warren OH is a democratic stronghold in E OH. A guy I work with owned an EMT operation and had a contract with the city. Key word here is had, he was the wrong political stripes for the incoming regime, contract cancelled. I suspect this will turn into a political melee. I will have to listen to the local talk radio this week to get the local low down. (wkbn 570AM)

The resource officer (Officer Chinchic) had given a number of verbal warnings over a period of time to the principal of the facility to not park in a handicap designated area.  But the principal defied officer Chinchic's warning, and on Tuesday, parked there again.  When Chinchic issued her a ticket, she contacted school administration officials, who had security escort Chinchic from the premises.

Reads like the principle could be one or two posters here.  :)

No. No miscommunication occurred. The principal was wrong, according to the law, and was given multiple reminders and opportunities to amend her actions.

An example. Many years ago, I was an EMT on a local ambulance. City cop in my town pulled me over for unlawful speed. I was given a warning due to the uniform I was wearing. Couple weeks later, he gigged me again, in nearly the same spot, again in uniform. Suffice it to say, I didn't sign a warning that day. I wasn't even mad, bro.

Only in the above, it would result in more than just removal from property, it would result in removal from employment.

A responsible school board should do just that.
