I had considered going there for the large Messianic population there. That and Fort Lauderdale.. But, really unaffordable places to live. The one's in affordable areas I looked at, shuttered to become larger two clusters there. I found two other non-foreign places: Thousand Oaks, CA. Sorry, I am conservative. California seems like hell on earth to me. Then there was Berrien Springs, MI, and I didn't feel the urge to freeze what little tuchus off. Not a lot of insulation left at all.
