Silentpoet Posted December 28, 2018 Share Posted December 28, 2018 I had a plan for solving the rain issue in Africa when I was 7 or 8 and the news was talking about the Ethopian famine. I figured if we could make it rain they could grow food. Now I know it isn't so much the problem of growing food, but various factions who use food as a weapon. I am all for solving hunger problems, but I think Jesus said we will have poor always. I don't think we can overall solve the problems in Africa.
