Every now and then, when a particulary nasty criminal would be caught it wasn’t uncommon for them to “escape” right into the local gator-infested swamps. Odd thing, none of the escapees ever seemed to commit another crime after their escape. Prayers up for the victims and their families. That used to be the death penalty in Texas. But the SCOTUS thought we were just too mean. In Sweden they are openly called whores by muslims and considered fair game for rape gangs. They are often fined and warned. However, if the victims start saying anti-muslim rhetoric, they are fined/and or imprisoned.
