"An administrator encouraged Sigma Chi to take down the American flag flown in front of its house in order to improve its image on campus."

"The following day, by Lozano’s doing, Sigma Chi upgraded from a three-by-five-foot flag to a four-by-six-foot flag. The former flag was then framed and placed on display inside the house."

Not sure about the reasons why that fraternity actually closed, but for an adviser from the school to tell them that the U.S. flag is detrimental to their image, but the foreign flags being flown elsewhere nearby are ignored makes me more than a little annoyed by the college.
