Wishoot
Finally did it. Put a set of LG405 CT grips on my S&W 637. I shoot it okay without the laser, but I believe the laser will offer an edge in a tense situation. I plan on taking it to the range tomorrow and putting a bunch of rounds downrange. Anyone else have a J-Frame wearing lasergrips?
willie-pete
One of my 442's has a CT.
Mike
I have 2 J-Frames and they both wear LG-405's. The little rubber cushion on the backstrap helps absorb some of the "damn it" while shooting the 340sc. Since I was used to having that size grip, I bought the same one again when I got as 638. The laser also helps with dry fire/trigger control practice, if you can pull that 12# trigger with the red dot not moving, you are doing it correctly. I wish they made a LG-405 size grip with a green laser as the red is mostly useless while outdoors when the sun is shining.
Wishoot
I'm liking it so far. It's tremendous in low light and works pretty well with dry-fire practice too.
railfancwb
Have the Ruger LCR factory equipped with Crimson Trace. Like it a lot.
