So far these are much different responses than is typical @ GT. It seems like at least 60% of responses to female teachers ******* students were positive. Teachers ******* any students is a breach of ethics. Doing so with minors should get them locked up and registering as sex offenders after release.

It’s not a sex issue, so it’s not a “Hawt or not” question

a teacher is paid and trained, certified, trusted to be the custodian of your children. It’s an abuse of that position of authority that is the crime.

if you paid a babysitter and she was screwing your 12 year old son, would you check out her cup size before calling the cops?

Not 12. Big difference. I agree with your point, but a 17 year old male is not the same thing as your scenario. A 17 year old doesn’t need a babysitter if the parents have done their job. She should not have done it, but the ages aren’t the point. The age difference is not at all uncommon. Stick to the point and stop trying to rely on age alone. The teacher broke the rules of her employment, and nothing more.

The teacher broke the same rules as the cop in the previous thread.....abuse of authority.

i don’t care if it’s a college kid, old folks home, in home health care, foster care or group home. If an adult can’t or won’t control their urges then they should not be in that position. If they are in that position then they know the rules of conduct and the applicable laws.

”she’s hot so it’s ok” is bullshit

True.  Another point about teachers screwing students is how much respect for the teacher's position of authority are the students going to have when all or most of them have seen the nude pics and lewd texts that tend to be part of the lack of maturity and self control in these situations?

I see your point. Self control, maturity and ethics are more than we should expect from teachers.

I'll take umbrage with this;

No, they're not custodians of children, that's ridiculous. They are paid, trained certified and trusted to educate them, nothing more.

They are not there to protect your children, take care of them, wipe their butts, teach them morals, or life lessons. They're only there to educate them. Additionally, they have no "authority" over children. They're not cops and not their parents, they have no legal ability to do anything other than educate. They can't do a damn thing to any kids, other than report any negative behavior to their parents. There's no spanking, no smacking with rulers, and detention is only a thing if the kid decides to go along with it.

At this point in history, teachers are in a situation where waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much of them is expected, and it's silly. Teachers need to stand up and shout in unison, that they're NOT parents, NOT guardians, they're nothing but educators. They're in a no-win situation where they're expected to be educators, parents, guards, disciplenarians.......everything.

This is happening because too many parents are lazy, and don't want to actually raise their children. They think the school system is there to do it for them.
