Man, filthy, POS, who allegedly kidnapped 12-year-old and murdered her mother and brother is an illegal alien, A DREAMER, and had been previously deported to Mexico.
The man accused of kidnapping and torturing a 12-year-old girl after murdering her mother and brother was illegally in the U.S. and had been previously deported to Mexico in 2014.
On Monday, a motorist spotted the young girl wandering down a road in Dadeville, Alabama, and picked her up. Police said that she had been kidnapped, bound, and drugged.
She led police to the mobile home where she said she had been tied to a bed but managed to escape by chewing through her restraints.
At the home, police found two decomposing bodies they later identified as the child's mother and her brother. The mother had been in a relationship with the suspect, who was identified as 37-year-old Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes.
On Friday, the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to the Daily Caller that Pascual-Reyes was in the country illegally at the time of the alleged crime and that he had been previously deported to Mexico in 2014.
Tallapoosa County Sheriff Jimmy Abbett also said that the victim, Sandra Vazquez Ceja, and her two children had been apprehended in 2017 and were classified as on "parole pending asylum." They were awaiting an asylum hearing.
Pascual-Reyes was not the father of the two children. He is being held without bond and was charged with three counts of capital murder, two counts of corpse abuse, and one count of kidnapping.
Arrest warrants indicated that investigators believed Pascual-Reyes smothered Ceja with a pillow and beat her son to death with his hands and feet. Their bodies were also cut into pieces hide the evidence of the crime, police said.
“She’s a very strong young lady,’’ Abbett said about the 12-year-old. "She's a hero, she's safe now."
The girl was hospitalized and was doing well.

DeSantis Exposes Soros’ Plot to Corrupt America with ‘Total End-Run Around Our Constitutional System.’
Governor Ron DeSantis on Thursday immediately dismissed a Soros-backed District Attorney for subverting the rule of law in the State of Florida.
DeSantis has suspended and is now seeking the termination of Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren for his ‘neglect of duty’ regarding his willful disregard of lawful directives pertaining to abortion and transgender surgery.
DeSantis joined Tucker Carlson on Fox News primetime on Thursday night to discuss the executive action and exposed how billionaire philanthropist George Soros is corrupting America with his financial support for radical district attorneys.
Watch: Video at link.
“So this is kind of a big move. It seems like. Why did you do it?” Tucker asked.
“Well, Tucker, you documented the destruction that we’ve seen with these Soros prosecutors around the country, where they basically take it upon themselves to determine which laws should be followed and which laws should not be followed,” DeSantis said.
“And I can tell you in Florida’s constitution that constitution vests the veto power in the governor, not an individual district attorney or a state attorney where they can pick and choose,” he explained. “And so I asked my staff to review all state attorneys in the state of Florida. I wanted to see who was picking and choosing. And this is the guy that all the line prosecutors, all the law enforcement, said he thinks he can pick and choose which laws. And he actually signed letters saying he wouldn’t force laws against transgender surgeries for minors, laws protecting the right to life.”
“Then he has all these policies in his agency that are called presumptive non-prosecution,” DeSantis went on. “No, the law is presumptively enforced. That’s not something that’s acceptable. Right? And so we there today, we made the decision. The jarring thing about it, though, Tucker, I had all these sheriffs from the area there. I had the former police chief in Tampa. There’s a lot of line prosecutors in that office that are very happy that this was done. And so we took it seriously. We did a thorough review, a and we pulled the trigger today.”

West Virginia- Give your "representative" hell- any senator that votes for this economy killing bill will reap the whirlwind!

Manchin has faced sharp criticism, including from his West Virginia constituents, following his decision to support a scaled-back version of the massive Democrat-backed spending bill, officially labeled the Inflation Reduction Act, after announcing he would not support the original “Build Back Better” bill being pushed by the Biden administration.

Fox News Digital spoke with several Senate aides who detailed Manchin’s anxiety concerning the backlash. Each of the aides asked to remain anonymous over fear of retaliation and because of the sensitive nature of the negotiations surrounding the revamped legislation.

“He is clearly defensive in his TV interviews, and he’s getting blasted pretty hard in West Virginia,” one Senate committee staffer said, referring to multiple media appearances by Manchin in which he was sharply pressed over his shifting support.
