That casts a wide net. Trump has been classified as a "Malignant narcissist." Many famous politicos have been treated for anxiety or depression. Perhaps a measure of how functional/dysfunctional would be a better measure? I bet a Google search would turn up many familiar names.

I will concede that President Trump displays narcissistic tendencies, if you concede that every politician, with few exceptions, also displays/displayed narcissistic tendencies without any of President Trump’s achievements.

Anxiety and depression are in the DSM 5. YOU set that standard. Google is full of lists about mental illness. The names on this one made my jaw drop;
