Every cowsie in Texas is staring at 10 of Smith, astonished that he would propose such a thing as steak sauce on delicious heated cowsie parts.

Even Rabbi Cat is dumbfounded.

I remember growing up on Idaho deer, elk, and beef steaks in a poor household.  A1 and Heinz 57 was standard table fare to make the tough and gamey meat bearable.  I was not a fan of steak.

Then I was invited to dinner by a girl in Iowa whose dad had grilled up some corn-fed Iowa beef ribeyes to perfection.  When I asked if they had any A1, the looks I got were ones of horror.  You'd of thought I had just asked to have sex with their daughter on the table.

My girlfriend politely suggested I just try a bite without sauce.  I did.  It was a life-changing moment.  I had no idea steak could be so tender, flavorful, and delicious!  I have never used steak sauce since and only eat good steak.

You ask for A1 Steak Sauce to put on a delicious, heated cowsie part in Texas, we'll politely ask you to leave the state.

Blue cheese sauce might be an option. Or just some sauteed onions and mushrooms with a touch of sour cream and fresh garlic is another idea. How about some herb butter?
