DWARREN123
I have seen that before, good idea. Should not let stuff get rusty like that to begin with but if it does seems to be a good way to remove rust without removing any or much material. FullClip
Would kill for a home version that can strip paint from the siding and get rid of soap scum in the shower. Edited August 19, 2018 by FullClip

Cleaning off that rust reveals how much metal is truly lost. The above public service message is brought to you from an old Michigan gear-head. Rust IS a four letter word. I have worked with a 1KW pulsed laser, and a misfire made a 1/4 deep crater in the sheet rock wall of the optics lab That was one short pulse only.

Pretty sure with the energy that thing has at a pinpoint spot, you'd punch right through the siding on a normal house in nothing flat. My guess is the only thing it really works on is metal, and even then you need to move it around or probably risk melting it in short order.
