Collim1
My seatbelt is making me nuts. I spent twenty minutes and nearly made my fingers bleed trying to get it untwisted. I was barely strong enough to fold the belt and pull it through to get rid of the twist. Less SS than three days later, it’s teisted again. Yet I felt no resistance when pulling it out or putting it on. How in the hell is that possible?

They are a lot stiffer when they are new. I don't know what they are treated with, but perhaps it is possible to re-treat them?
Peng
Seat belts are a tricky install at the plants. Great pains are taken to ensure no twists where you can't see them but it does happen. The strength of the belt web is diminished by a twist so it can be dangerous. Pull off the covers for the retractor anchor and the D-ring if you can, there is likely a twist in there that is causing the other. I'm guessing you have a hidden D-ring since you can't see an obvious twist there.
