Cubdriver Posted August 17, 2018 Share Posted August 17, 2018 Stupid is frequently painful (nature's way of driving the lesson home), and occasionally fatal (nature's way of expelling you from school when you're determined to be unteachable). Apparently Mother Nature decided they were too dumb to absorb their lessons.  I'm afraid I can't muster a lot of sympathy for a pair of adults who chose to travel voluntarily to a place partway around the world where a good portion of the population simply hates them for what they are and would happily see them meet their maker (and are more than willing to facilitate said meeting).  It's not like they were in LA or the like for vacation, took a wrong turn and ended up in the hood - they planned their trip knowing of, but dismissing the dangers to 'prove' a point, and expended a good deal of effort to go there.  That's just plain stupid. -Pat 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
