crockett
I only pop a couple of these if I feel like I could get a cold, usually right after flying with a bunch of sneezing and coughing folks. Seems to work, last cold was some 5 years ago. Edited July 16, 2018 by crockett

Al Czervik
None. I eat right. But, I'm nearing the half-century mark, and no longer have any desire to look like Ahhhlnold. As a ute, I took oodles of Weider multipacks, powders, etc. I just had expensive piss.

Mike
Vitamin D3 Dr said my blood work showed very low levels of Vitamin D so he said I should take it. After 3 months he said my levels are now good, but to keep taking the vitamin. I take one soft gel a day and I do not notice a difference of before/after. As cheap as they are if the Doc says I need them, so be it.
