We hired a Caltech grad that we knew was a far leftist.  But her father retired from the company so we gave her a job.  On fine day SHE felt entitled to physically attack an elderly (and brilliant) engineer because in the 70's he fled the USSR.  Actually struck him while he recounted his story of the horrors he grew up with.  Not a tale of how wonderful things were.  Because what her professors taught her about communism outweighed his first hand experience.  After a few non physical blow ups by social justice cupcakes, including screaming at clients, we began very stringent background investigations.
