Simmering on the stove

Bacon, Garlic, Bell Pepper, 1 1/2 pounds of Moose stew meat, carrots, onion, tomato, corn, a big can of tomato sauce, can of cream of mushroom, spices..... cumin, celery salt, sage, rosemary, fennel seed, pepper. Browned the meat with the garlic and bacon. Added everything else. Brought to a boil. Simmered 5 hours.
