Keep in mind the eastern European countries still want us there and I sure the others don't want Russian in their bed.

You can't have it both ways -- either we're the world's bank account or the world's consumer, we can't be both. It's logically inconsistent.

Actually we can be a massive consumer and bank. Just as you can buy a lot of stuff and still save a lot of money. All you have to do is make a lot of money.
