XSIV4S Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 Not really a knife question as much as it is a service question. My son just bought a new Halo VI T/E and it started messing up on day two. The RMA took a couple days and I got it this morning. I was wondering if anyone else has had to return one and what to expect for repair turn-around time and customer service?
