For many years I kept a "to do list".  My goal was to accomplish at least one thing on the list each day.

It was remarkable just how productive I was.  Then I retired, and now I don't give a sh.. .

Circuit City used to sell calculators, before they went out of business.

Hummm…

Heard that Circuit City went out of business because, in a cost saving move, they converted all “associates” from base plus commission to straight salary or hourly. The good ones left the poor ones hung on to the bitter end.

Before it passed on, Circuit City created CarMax and spun it off to shareholders.

Irregardless of what yankees like Webster may say, y'all is not a contraction. Like salami, it's an atom and cannot be divided. Frinstance, you address the people in a football stadium as y'all, but if you address half of 'em it's still y'all. If you keep halving the number of folks, even down to one, it's still y'all.

Tomorrow we'll talk about youse.

Somewhere there is a place for “all y’all”
