Schmidt Meister
A pair of my all time favorite rides, the first CAR I ever drove was a 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS and I never forgot it (I was 10). I drove plenty of trucks and tractors on the farm before that first car but it's different and you know that if you've ever driven a powerhouse like the Chevelle.

Schmidt Meister
1958 Edsel Bermuda Station Wagon The death knell was ringing for the entire Edsel line-up before the first model hit the market. Economic recession beset the U.S. only a few weeks after Edsel’s launch. At least five other upscale brands, DeSoto, Hudson, Nash, Packard, and Studebaker, would succumb as buyer preferences shifted smartly toward economy cars. During the late 1950s, Volkswagen’s Beetle gained momentum thanks to its cuteness, cheap price, and exemplary fuel economy. These days, for Edsel collectors, rare models, such as the 1960 Ranger Deluxe four-door hardtop (only 31 made), command top dollar when they trade hands. Approximately 116,000 Edsel’s were built and sold for the 1958-60 model years. After Ford announced production would cease, used values plummeted so fast that disgruntled owners were given rebate vouchers worth $300-$400 dollars.
