good thing brick and mortar retail is doing so well they won`t have to concern themselves with silly customer satisfaction or bad publicity.

 

i read this same thing about Amazon a while back and thought maybe if they were more concerned about where the stuff they sell came from and why it was going back they`d be better off.

I have read on some av forums long while ago where people would order a Tv look and see if any one pixle on the screen they could find was and send multiple sets back for a replacement not just one set.  Then cancel order.  That's extreme....  Some folks do take advantage.

If I’m buying a 3800 tv... all those damn pixels better be working.

We buy our stuff at Costco though. Better return policy and they extend the factory warranty.
