Pretty sure that I've entered a Donnie Darko transitional universe.

A large metal object did suddenly appear (could easily have killed me) and I was the closest one to it.  Since then, some very strange things have occurred (like a lady dying at walmart?).  All of my recent jobs have taken me very close to water.  Dreams I've been having are, well, just wrong.

According to the PoTT,  I have to send the object back.

But, the object is gone.  I only saw it for a few seconds,  several states away.  It rapidly went away from me.  All of the other people that were around are also long gone.

That means this universe will collapse and consume all of existence. 

And there's nothing I can do about it.

If you're reading this,  you are in this tangent universe, too.

Quite possibly.

But then I saw this thing that was so spectacularly magnificent and rare, I instantly knew it was the event that was collapsing that timeline.

I saw some absolutely crazy stuff,  but the weirdness has since subsided to mere normalcy.
