tadbart
Nice! What are the bolt catch and sling attachment on your top pic? I have a plain Jane Spike's spider with an Aimpoint and a light and a stock PSA 9mm AR with irons. Current build is a Spikes Spartan with burnt bronze furniture. I'll post a family pic later.

BAD lever, since removed (broken bolt catch), Magpul paraclip single point attachment, and brass catcher mount.

Can't really imagine not having one in some state of being built, for the forseeable future.

Looks like there are a couple on the web ( pictures; not DIAS's - expensive little buggers. ). wp Edited August 14, 2017 by willie-pete
Administrators Eric Posted August 23, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 23, 2017 I really enjoyed this one. I sold it after one of the panicked price spikes in evil black weapons, a few years ago. I sold it for a little over 3 times what I paid for it. I wish I had kept it though. It was a lot of fun to shoot. Damn, but it was loud. 7

Administrators Eric Posted August 24, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 24, 2017 Another of my favorite ARs is also a Bushmaster. This is the Bushmaster Varminter. It comes with a two-stage trigger and a 24" Walther-Lothar fluted barrel. It is the most out-of-the-box accurate production AR rifle I've fired. It is a joy to shoot.
JJHNSN
Here is my favorite (and most expensive) AR. This is a BCM SBR with a Surefire suppressor with an Aimpoint optic and a Surefire light. 6

Looked absolutely ridiculous, but fiery and loud = fun. 1

Nestor
Not much to show yet. It's going to take me a while to make it into what I want.

I have their AR-535 optic on my Bushmaster AR-10. I had a smaller version of the same optic on my last Bushmaster AR-15. They are a great value for the money. jame
Thanks, Eric. This one came with a free custom elevation turret tailored to the load I typically shoot, so guess work is pretty much out of the equation. It works pretty well out to about 400 yards.
