Maser
I'm like that all the time with overly spicy ramen noodles. I'm 33 years old so I can still get away with doing this. What I love to do is eat the spicy noodles before I go to sleep. The heat and the teary eyes and the opened up breathing makes for a perfect sleep for me. I have no clue how spicy food makes me sleep so good, but it does. I know I'm gonna hate myself when I wake up, but it's always worth it.

It helps the muscles relax. I have serious back problems after some injuries. Wicked hot Thai food is one of my favorites when it is real bad.
minderasr
If the food doesn't make your face red and your scalp sweat, it ain't hot enough. 2
