Administrators Eric Posted September 14, 2022 Author Administrators Share Posted September 14, 2022 How the hell do you do that to a Desert Eagle? Those things are beefy. 4

Gunboat1
That was a heck of a lot of pressure. Shooter created a bore obstruction and fired it remotely. It launched the barrel and bullet 50 yards downrange. BOOM!. 1
Mdj
Not only a bore obstruction but a seriously over charged round. He was checking what damage would be done to the shooter if a catastrophic situation happened.

Bet even the brass was unsalvageable.

M&P15T
Missing the mark with viewers, completely. Just like car shows that beat the ever-living **** out of cars for laughs. The people that watch shooting channels love guns, and don't want to see them damaged. The people that watch shows like Top Gear, or the Grand Tour, love cars, and don't want to see the damaged/beat to ****. It's remarkable how stupid people in the entertainment industry area.
Walt Longmire
Why anyone would intentionally destroy a DE is beyond me. I don't currently own one but have had several in the past including an early .357. They are awesome handguns that are capable of handling full house loads consistently.
Batesmotel
Better his gun than mine but what’s the point? Massively over pressured round and a blocked barrel will cause a catastrophic failure? No kidding. So what? I saw a guy blow up a shotgun by loading a 12ga round on top of a 20ga round already in the barrel. He did it as a demonstration of how easy it is to do and how damaging it was. The gun was also old and unsafe to shoot so it was a good choice to sacrifice for the class. That made sense. Blowing up the DE doesn’t.
Hook
He’s done a few of these videos. I thought they were interesting. His guns he can do want he wants with them.
Mdj
He was almost killed when a .50 bmg blew up on him and now he is obsessed with what happens when guns are over pressured. Not something I would do but you might say it’s his way of coping with the aftermath of his near death experience.

I was almost killed countless times when logging, but I don't go about blowing up logging equipment. 2 2
minervadoe
Somebody did the world a disservice by convincing that guy that he is interesting. He reminds me of every bully that I ever wanted to see get a beat down. ... and yeah, wrecking that gun was bush league.
