That is what is scary about the data collection centers in the US and the UK.  If someone wants to find you doing something illegal they will.  You probably did it out of ignorance because no one knows all the laws that the legislators have passed since the beginning.  This includes state laws. If they want they can make your life miserable!

The fact that such a large segment of the population regardless of political orientation actually recognizes this is a problem should scare the hell out of us.
