They stay where they are because people blow them off as such and don't treat them with the due they deserve. These aren't idiots roaming around, they have a plan and are patient. They have been working on it for decades. Infiltrating banking, the justice system, courts, education, media and every aspect they can, not just political office. Make no mistake, this isn't an accident, it has been planned for a very long time, and now they have "Installed" a president and probably countless congress members.
