Somewhat recent situation in my small town… the youth minister who is the son of the main minister in a less commonly named congregation reportedly had sex abuse charges rolled under. The victim supposedly consented and was of legal age. So the abuse charge was based on the concept of undue influence by an authority figure. Personally I know nothing beyond what the paper said.

Sex abuse by undue influence of an authority figure can - and no doubt does - take place at all levels.
