Huaco Kid Posted May 29, 2022 Share Posted May 29, 2022 One, best friend's kid, played in a high school garage band. They had several great songs. Played at all the cool parties, and occasionally got paid for school / social functions. But, it was a weekly thing, that someone would quit or get kicked out. Every time their lineup changed, they would change the name of the band. So they'd get stoned, and come up with whatever stupid name sounded ok. (the CD I have, is labeledElla Menopeas.) But some of their songs were so good, that they got scared that some recording co. would take notice, and then it would be too late to change whatever stupid name they had that week.
