Ricordo
Check email or website--- https://www.scamdoc.com/ Website or browse categories--- https://www.scam-detector.com/find-scams/ And if a sweet, old lady sends you an email out-of-the-blue hoping to give you millions of dollars just because, it's guaranteed to be a scam. Two pharmacists clients of mine got taken for $50,000.00. It happens. Beware, gewahren!!!!
aomagrat
My brain works pretty good at detecting scammers. But I am no longer amazed at the number of people who fail to use theirs.

railfancwb
The small community where I live still has a local paper which is down to two issues a week. Except for major sports its focus is local. Even so, reports of people being victimized by scams appear frequently.

I guess there is good money to be made, and almost all are offshore, so not fear of prosecution.

Those are pretty easy, but I've seen some really well put together web sites and text structure. That takes some effort, especially the web sites. When you have to make them every week, it can get labor extensive. Then again, you get really good at it.
