Parental Questioning

Under parental questioning, the teenage girl admitted that she was pregnant, but didn't know who was responsible.

"All right!" bellowed her mother, "you march right up to your room and don't come down until you are ready to give us the answer."

Later that night, she crept sheepishly down the stairs.  "Mom? I'm ready to tell you."

"It's about time!" said her mother. "I can't believe that a daughter of mine would ever get pregnant out of wedlock, let alone claim she didn't know who the father was!"

"Chill out, Mom!" the girl said. "I've got it narrowed down to either the band or the football team."
