Mrs. G is getting new cabinets

We're installing new cabinets in Mrs. G's laundry room, pantry, and pocket office this week. Well, our local cabinet professionals (PigHouse Cabinets) are installing them, and I'm trying to stay out of their way. Here's her pocket office so far. They still need countertops and pulls, etc. but I'm impressed with their work. Still a few days left to go.

Why does Mrs. G  require that much storage space in a small, home office?

And will new cabinets make her a better sammich maker?

I have indisputable proof of her sammich making skills. If this makes her better Ima hafta get new pants.
