New York Times February 21st 2022 just an amazing title. Read that again. “CDC is not publishing large portions of the COVID data it collects.” Then there’s a quote from Samuel Scarpino, managing director of the Pathogen Surveillance at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Pandemic Prevention Institute. This is somebody who is deeply in the non-governmental sector, speaking on behalf basically of the scientists at the CDC that have failed to disclose this up till now. Here’s what he says. Direct quote, “The CDC is a political organization as much as it is a public health organization.” I mean, that is totally inconsistent with their charter. He’s speaking the truth of the situation, and that’s where we’re at, the CDC.

He is saying the the CDC is overtly functioning as a political arm of the executive branch as opposed to serving its mandate from Congress. To protect the health and collect the information. In this, as the Centers for Disease Control and Surveillance that is their mission. This guy, Samuel Scarpino, goes on to say, “The steps that it takes to get something like this released are often well outside of the control of many of the scientists who work at the CDC”. Now think that quote through."

Of course they are lying.  They are controlled by appointed and entrenched leftist bureaucrats who think it is more important to stay in power than it is to save lives.  The entire gov't has been taken over by this kind of thinking.  Which explains my ever more minarchist attitude, and my contempt for the vast majority of our hideously bloated and power-mad government.

Consider that both the government and many giant corporations have used the so-called pandemic as a test bed for their fascism and, to our everlasting grief and shame, it has succeeded beyond their wildest expectations.

The public, like so many sheep,  will willingly, often gleefully, follow whatever orders they are given that neither the government or the corporations have the authority to give.

The obedient herd will not only shut up, never question and do as they are told, they will turn on any of their kind that show any hint of dissent.

Our congress eagerly passes off their powers to the president (often with huge applause for themselves),  and the president conveniently passes it off to non-elected partisans.

This blind submission by the vast majority of the population is why the feds and many billionaires desperately want to disarm the population. They give a lot of lip service to disarming criminals but never seem to do much that way. True criminals are not a threat to entrenched government. Concerned AND armed citizens are.

Last declaration of war was 1941-42 era. Last one we’ve won, even though we’ve been at war almost continuously since then.

Walked away from “only gold and silver” as money. Since then the Federal Reserve (which is neither federal nor a reserve) has devalued the nation’s money until it might be worth as much as 1% of where it started.

Woodrow Wilson, a Marxist president, signed the bill that created the Federal Reserve in 1913, but consider that before that, banks were pretty much unregulated at all and if so, only at the state level.

I don't agree with the Federal Reserve, but at the time I can see why it was created.

I also suggest that there were much better ideas for the chaos of banking than outright federal control of the money supply.

Just as Franklin Roosevelt spent  enormous sums of non-existent federal dollars, Biden appears to want to go down in history as the man who outspent Roosevelt.

We know that history, written by future Marxist college professors,  will never criticize him unless it is to conclude that he didn't spend enough.

I find that the closer government is to the people, the better served the people are. e.g., my local county government is very responsive and helpful, within reason. Note that I've adopted this attitude since moving from the Atlanta penumbra to the hinterlands of NW GA. Of course, there are always going to be little domain builders, but they (usually) don't become as deeply entrenched out here.
