Peng
We have a dozen or so in our yard. We feed them cheap cat food, They are cool critters. They interact with cats and raccoons and others possums pretty nicely, sometimes the cats get all hissy and swatty but the possums are pretty chill.
Walt Longmire
Lots of them where I grew up in the PNW. None here. Alaska. No racoons either. No skunks. And no snakes.

Saw a Possum a while ago, not popular in numbers here in Minnesota. My little Yorkie cornered one and had a fit barking till I came and rescued the Possum. Proudest day in the 7 lb. Yorkie's life! Racoons all the time under my bird feeder (six foot long so lots of seed). Poisonous snakes stop at Red Wing Minnesota due to the cold temps further north. 50 miles North of Red Wing No Rattlesnakes ever!
