Hmm, for a country that's got a huge frozen area that's hard to live in because it's too cold, wouldn't "global warming" and all that land thawing out and becoming habitable be a good thing?

A few degrees increase in average temperature would greatly increase the crop land in Siberia and Alaska and Canada. Useful as the population continues to increase.
